Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (210 g) frozen shrimp skewers
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lemon juice
  • several sheets Salad and lemon slices to garnish

Directions

    Defrost the skewers. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Heat the fat in a frying pan and fry the garlic until golden brown.

    Fry the skewers for 1-2 minutes on each side. Add parsley. Season with lemon juice. Serve garnished with lettuce leaf and lemon slice.
