Ingredients

  • 1 TABLESPOON chopped almonds
  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 250 g Honey cake (brown gingerbread)
  • 7 tablespoons (70 ml) Rum
  • 2 TABLESPOONS chocolate sprinkles
  • 1 fresh protein
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Coconut flake
  • 1 TABLESPOON colourful sugar pearls
  • 7-10 Tbsp possibly approx. 25 chocolate cuffs

Directions

    Roast the almonds without fat. Let it cool down. Break chocolate into pieces and melt in a hot water bath. Crumble the honey cake very finely. Mix well with the liquid chocolate and rum. Form approx. 25 balls from it

    Mix roasted almonds and 1 tablespoon of chocolate crumble. Whisk the egg whites. Spread the balls with it. Roll in chocolate-almond mixture, chocolate sprinkles, coconut and sugar pearls as desired. Place in cuffs. Store in a cool place
