Shrimp pan with parsley, lemon and garlic

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 800 g raw shrimps (20 g each; without head, in shell)
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash the shrimps and pat them dry. Peel and slice the garlic. Wash lemon hot, grate dry and cut into slices. Heat oil in a pan. Fry prawns while turning for 6-10 minutes.

    After 3 minutes add garlic and lemon and fry. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop coarsely. Season shrimps with salt and pepper. Add parsley and stir in.

    Roasted bread tastes good with it.
