  • 3 Stem(s) Dill
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 125-150 g Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 12 (approx. 125 g) peeled, cooked prawns
  • 18 salty crackers
  • 3 TSP Trout caviar
  • 7-10 Tbsp cherry tomatoes, dill and lemon

Directions

    Wash the herbs, shake dry and cut finely. Mix crème fraîche and herbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper

    Dab the shrimps dry. Put a dash of crème fraiche on each cracker. Cover 12 with prawns, 6 with caviar. Garnish with tomatoes, dill and lemon
