Mix cream cheese and crème fraîche. Spread all pumpernickel slices evenly with the cream cheese and cut in half. Place 2 halves on top of each other. Peel and wash the carrot and cut into fine slices.
Clean and wash the peppers generously. Cut out spades, crosses, diamonds and hearts from the vegetables and cheese slices. Decorate pumpernickel slices with it. Dust with paprika powder
