Shrimp and avocado pans

Ingredients

  • 1–2 Garlic cloves
  • 24 ready-to-cook shrimps without shell
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 ripe avocado
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lime juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 8 discs Raclette cheese
  • 3 TABLESPOONS flaked almonds

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Wash 24 ready-to-cook shrimps without shell, dab dry. Trigger and crush the flesh of 1 ripe avocado. Stir in 150 g crème fraîche and 1 tablespoon lime juice.

    Season with salt and pepper. Fry the prawns in a pan in 3 tbsp. hot oil for about 2 minutes. Fry the garlic briefly. Season. Remove the rind from 8 slices of raclette cheese. prawns,.
