Fixed garlic shrimp pan

Ingredients

  • 400 g raw peeled shrimps (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1⁄2 Federation flat leaf parsley
  • 1 Organic Lemon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 coated Tsp Sweet peppers

Directions

    Rinse frozen shrimps cold until they thaw. Peel garlic and cut into fine slices. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck off leaves and chop coarsely. Wash lemon hot.

    Cut half into slices, squeeze out the rest. Whip lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper and paprika. Rinse shrimps, dab dry and mix with the seasoning oil.

    Heat a large coated pan without oil. Fry the prawns together with the seasoning oil in it over a high heat, turning them over for about 5 minutes. After 3 minutes, add garlic and lemon slices and fry. Fold in parsley.

    Season prawns with salt and pepper. Ciabatta tastes good with it.
