Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into strips. Clean and wash spring onions, tomatoes and mushrooms. Cut spring onions into pieces, halve tomatoes and mushrooms
Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the meat briefly and season. Add spring onions and mushrooms and fry everything else for about 5 minutes
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Stir 100 ml water and mustard into the shredded pasta. Bring to the boil and thicken. Stir in Crème balance and season to taste. Drain the noodles and serve with the shredded meat
