Sesame ribs to turnip vegetables

Ingredients

  • 8 Meat ribs (80-100 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 (approx. 1 kg) Turnip
  • 1 Stalk leek (leek)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sesame, 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp sugar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2-1 TEASPOON Sambal Oelek
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chili

Directions

    Wash the ribs and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper and place on the fat pan. Roast in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 30-40 minutes. Turn in between. Mix honey and 1 tablespoon ketchup. Spread the ribs with the ketchup approx. 5 minutes before the end of the roasting time

    Clean and wash the turnip and cut it into thin slices. Peel and cut into fine strips. Clean, wash and cut the leek into diagonal rings

    Roast sesame seeds in a wok or large pan without fat, remove. Heat oil in a wok. Fry the vegetables for approx. 10 minutes, turning them frequently

    Sprinkle 1 teaspoon sugar over it and caramelise. Add soy sauce, 4 tbsp. water and 2 tbsp. ketchup, bring to the boil. Season to taste with sambal and salt. Arrange everything, sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish. Serve with rice
