Sesame escalope strips with wok vegetables

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 small pork cutlets (approx. 100 g each)
  • 1 package (400 g) Fresh tagliatelle
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 package (400 g) Wok vegetables
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sweet chili sauce for chicken
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 3 TABLESPOONS hulled sesame seed
  • 10 Stem(s) Coriander
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into finger-thick strips. Prepare pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Place the wok vegetables in a pan with 2 tablespoons of water and steam over a medium heat for approx. 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Drain the noodles, add to the vegetables with the chilli sauce and toss. Heat the oil in another coated pan.

    Turn meat in sesame seeds and fry carefully in the pan for about 4 minutes until golden brown all around. Wash the coriander, dab dry, put 4 stems aside for garnishing, chop the rest coarsely. Drain the meat on kitchen paper and fold into the noodles with the coriander. Season with salt, pepper and chilli sauce. Arrange everything on preheated plates and garnish with the remaining coriander
