Sesame and chili beef fillet with beans and pumpkin

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 600 g Beans
  • 400 g Hokkaido Pumpkin
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 500 g Fillet of beef tips
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS hulled sesame seed
  • 100 ml Soy sauce
  • 6 Stem(s) Coriander

Directions

    Clean, wash and possibly halve the beans. Pumpkin clean, wash, core and cut into thin slices. Peel garlic and chop very finely. Clean, wash and cut the chili into fine rings

    Dab meat dry and cut into thin slices. Cook the beans in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Pour into a sieve and drain well

    In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat thoroughly, turning it over. Season with salt and pepper and remove from the pan. Sauté the pumpkin in the frying fat briefly, turning over. Add garlic and chilli, fry briefly, season with salt and pepper

    Add sesame oil. Add the meat and beans, sprinkle with sesame seeds and deglaze with soy sauce. Heat briefly. Wash coriander, shake dry and pluck leaves from the stalks. Add the coriander. Basmati rice tastes good with it
