Sesame Almond Crossies

Ingredients

  • 20 g Butter
  • 50 g hulled sesame seed
  • 100 g Almond slivers
  • 100 g Banana Chips
  • 100 g liquid honey
  • 50 g dried cranberries
  • 50 g Dark chocolate coating
  • baking paper

Directions

    Heat butter in a frying pan. Roast the sesame seeds and almond slivers for about 3 minutes while turning. Roughly chop the banana chips. Add honey, banana chips and cranberries to the pan

    Spread the mixture with 2 tablespoons on a baking tray lined with baking paper to form approx. 25 heaps. Leave to set for approx. 2 hours

    Chop the chocolate coating and melt it over a warm water bath. Decorate crossies with couverture and let them dry
