Ingredients

  • 25 g Butter
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 125 g Flour
  • 1 tsp (approx. 5 g) Baking Powder
  • 300 g Dark chocolate
  • 20 g Coconut oil
  • 100 g Coconut flake
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and flour

Directions

    Melt the butter and remove from the heat. Beat the eggs, salt and sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer for about 4 minutes until creamy. Mix flour and baking powder, sieve over the mixture and fold in. Finally, stir in liquid butter. Grease the bottom of a rectangular form (approx. 24 x 24 cm) and sprinkle with flour. Pour in the mixture and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 20 minutes until golden brown

    Remove the dough from the edge and let it cool on a cake rack. Remove the dough from the tin and cut into 49 cubes. Melt the chocolate and coconut fat in a bowl over a warm water bath. Put the grated coconut in a deep plate

    First dip the cake cubes in chocolate, drain the chocolate, then turn them into the grated coconut. Dry the cake cubes on a cake rack
