Ingredients

  • 100 g Mint chocolate
  • 75 g Nut Nougat Spread
  • 60 g Butter
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 175 g Flour
  • 1 1/2 TSP. Baking Powder
  • 50 g Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film

Directions

    Chopping chocolate. Melt the chocolate and nut nougat over a warm water bath. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in the chocolate-nougat mixture.

    Stir in the eggs one by one. Stir in flour and baking powder. Cut the dough in half, press flat in a rectangular shape (approx. 1 cm thick) and wrap in foil. Put the dough in the freezer for about 1 hour.

    Cut the dough into cubes (approx. 1 x 1 cm). Form cubes into balls and roll in icing sugar. Place balls on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see "Baking instructions").
