Ingredients

Servings: 24
  • 100 g salted and roasted peanuts
  • 125 g soft butter
  • 175 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 100 g soft creamy
  • 7-10 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • baking paper

Directions

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Line two baking trays with baking paper. Coarsely chop the peanuts.

    Cream peanut butter with butter, sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir in egg. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in. Mix peanuts into the dough.

    Form approx. 24 dough balls with your hands, place them on the trays with some distance between them and press them slightly flat.

    Bake cookies one after the other in a hot oven on the middle shelf for about 10 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the middle is still slightly soft.

    Allow cookies to cool briefly on the tray, then pull them off the tray together with the paper and let them cool down on a cake rack.
