Sprinkle the berry mixture with 50 g sugar and let thaw. Bring cream and milk with salt and 75 g sugar to the boil. Sprinkle in semolina and simmer at low heat for about 5 minutes. Let it cool down. Stir half of the lime zest into the soup. Serve with berries and ice, sprinkle with remaining lime zest. Decorate with mint
