Semolina flummery with fruits

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 packages (à 300 g) frozen Tropic Cocktail
  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 1 package Semolina pudding -
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cream powder
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Put the fruit in a bowl and defrost. Bring milk to the boil, remove from the heat and pour in the custard powder. Stir vigorously with a whisk for about one minute.

    Pour the pudding into four cold-rinsed moulds (contents 125 ml) and allow to cool. Puree half of the fruits and the sugar. Distribute the fruit puree on four plates. Turn out the pudding from the ramekins and place it on the purée.

    Spread the remaining fruit on the plates. Decorate with some mint.
