Scrambled eggs with colourful side dishes

Ingredients

  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 1 small onion
  • 100 g Gouda cheese
  • 12 eggs , 6 tablespoons milk (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 6-8 discs Breakfast bacon (Bacon)
  • 6 small fried sausages ( to the B.
  • 7-10 Tbsp Nürnberger Art; à ca. 50 g)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS butter/margarine
  • 200 g thin slices of smoked salmon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes and chives. Chop the chives finely. Peel and finely chop the onion. Grate cheese roughly. Whisk eggs and milk. Seasoning

    Skip the bacon crisp. Take it out. Fry sausages in bacon fat until golden brown. Keep both warm. Sauté onion in frying fat. Add tomatoes and fry for approx. 5 minutes. Seasoning

    Heat the fat in a very large pan. Let the egg mass falter in it at medium heat. Use a spatula to push the egg mixture together from the edge to the middle more often. Arrange scrambled eggs with prepared ingredients and salmon. Garnish as desired. Bread rolls and brown bread taste good with it
