Ingredients

  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 150 g Dark chocolate
  • 750 ml Milk
  • 3-5 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1-2 Egg Yolk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cocoa

Directions

    Whip the cream until stiff and fill into a piping bag with a large star-shaped spout. Put it in a cold place. Break the chocolate into pieces or chop it roughly and put it into a pot with 150 ml cold water.

    Melt at low heat while stirring. Add 700 ml milk and bring to the boil while stirring. Sweeten with sugar to taste. Remove the pot from the stove. Mix egg yolk and 50 ml cold milk, add to the hot chocolate and heat up again while stirring (do not boil).

    Divide the hot chocolate into 4 cups and sprinkle a cream tuff on each. Serve dusted with cocoa immediately.
