Schnitzel with Paprika Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 small pork cutlet (100 g)
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 2 k
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 package (200 g) strained tomatoes
  • 2-3 stem(s) Parsley
  • 3 discs (50 g) Baguette

Directions

    Cut escalopes in half crosswise, beat flatter. Fry in hot oil in a coated pan for about 2 minutes on each side. Season and take out

    In the meantime clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Peel onion and garlic. Cut the onion into slices. Chop garlic finely

    Sauté onion and garlic in hot frying fat. Steam the bell peppers briefly. Stir in tomatoes, season. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 3 minutes

    Wash and chop the parsley. Add to vegetables. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Put the schnitzel on top and heat up briefly. Arrange everything. Add baguette
