Schnitzel skewer on colorful salad (diabetics)

Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp ingredients
  • 7-10 Tbsp for 1 person
  • 7-10 Tbsp :
  • 75 g cleaned cucumber
  • 75 g cleaned tomatoes
  • 1 (25 g) peeled onion
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 2 TEASPOONS Oil
  • 80 g Pork escalope
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rose hot peppers
  • 40 g Sheep's cheese
  • 3 tablespoons (60 g) Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lemon juice
  • 50 g cleaned salad (e.g. rocket salad)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint
  • 1 washer (approx. 65 g) brown bread

Directions

    Wash and slice the cucumber and tomatoes. Cut onion into rings. Mix vinegar, 1 tablespoon water, salt and pepper. Add 1 teaspoon of oil. Mix marinade, cucumber, onion and tomatoes

    Dab the meat dry, cut into large cubes and place on a wooden skewer. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a coated pan. Fry the skewer in it while turning for 12-15 minutes. Season with salt and paprika

    For the sauce, dice sheep's cheese. Mix yoghurt and half the cheese. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Wash the salad, drain and pluck smaller. Mix the rocket and colourful salad and spread on a plate. Arrange skewer and some cheese sauce on top. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Garnish with mint. Add bread
