Iceberg lettuce with mandarins

  • 1 Iceberg lettuce
  • 200 g Carrots
  • 150 g Celeriac
  • 1 can(s) (315 ml; 175 g separation weight) Mandarin Oranges
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 1 (200 ml) Bottle of yoghurt salad sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the salad into very thin strips. Peel and wash carrots and celery. Cut carrots into thin slices and celery into sticks. Drain mandarin oranges, catch the juice.

    Wash parsley, dab dry and chop. Mix salad dressing, three tablespoons of mandarin juice and lemon juice. Mix the salad ingredients with the sauce.
