Wash the meat, dab dry and pat flat. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meat for about 4 minutes on each side and remove. Fry the pineapple in the frying fat for about 3 minutes, turning once.
Place the pineapple on the meat. Place 1 slice of ham on each. Cut cheese slices in half and lay them on the ham. Bake under the preheated grill until the cheese has melted. Arrange on plates, dust with curry and garnish with mint
