Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g Mushrooms
  • 2 Onions
  • 4 Pork cutlet (approx. 120 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 300 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Aiwar (spicy-hot spice paste)
  • 100 g Gouda cheese
  • 1/4 collar Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

  1. 1

Clean and clean the mushrooms and, depending on their size, possibly halve them. Peel and chop the onions. Wash the meat, dab dry, cut in half crosswise and season with salt

  2. 2

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat in it in portions for approx. 4 minutes each while turning. Remove the meat and fry the minced meat in the cooking fat for approx. 8 minutes, turning it over until crumbly. After about 4 minutes add mushrooms and diced onion. Season with salt and pepper

  3. 3

Put the meat and minced meat in a greased casserole dish. Mix cream and aiwar and spread over the minced meat. Coarsely grate the cheese and sprinkle on the casserole

  4. 4

Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 45 minutes. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop finely. Sprinkle the finished casserole with parsley. Salad tastes good with it
