Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Pork cutlet (approx. 200 g each)
  • 20 g clarified butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 Eggs
  • 8 Anchovy fillets (from the jar)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Capers
  • 100 g Beetroot in slices (from the glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill

Directions

    Wash the schnitzel and dab dry. Fry in hot fat for four minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Fry the eggs in the frying fat as fried eggs.

    Also season with salt and pepper. Arrange cutlets with one fried egg each, two anchovies, capers and beetroot on a plate. Garnish with dill if desired.
