Marinated pork chops

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 TEASPOONS colourful peppercorns
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 4 Pork chops (about 200 g each)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 Federation Spring onions
  • 5 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Directions

    Coarsely crush colored pepper in the mortar. Wash the lemon hot, rub dry and grate the peel thinly. Squeeze the juice from one half of the lemon. Wash chops, dab dry and rub with crushed pepper and lemon peel.

    Drizzle oil over it and leave to marinate for at least two hours. In the meantime, clean and wash the spring onions and cut them into rings. Clean, wash and quarter the tomatoes. Remove seeds from quarters and dice. Peel garlic and chop finely.

    Drain the chops, collect the oil and heat them in a large pan. Fry the chops on each side for four to six minutes. Take them out. Season with salt and keep warm.

    Sauté the garlic in the frying fat. Add spring onions and steam briefly. Add the tomatoes and braise for three to five minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar and some lemon juice. Arrange chops and vegetables.

    Mashed potatoes taste good with it.
