Scampi in garlic

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 8 Scampi, roh
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1-2 red chillies
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper

Directions

    Remove the scampi from the shell, leaving the tail attached and carefully pull out the intestine. Wash the scampi and pat them dry. Peel and quarter the garlic. Halve the chillies, remove the seeds and dice finely.

    Heat the oil, garlic and chillies in a frying pan. Add the scampi and fry for about 5 minutes. Turn once. Season with salt and pepper. Serve scampi warm or cold.
