Savoy cabbage mince pan with apricots and almonds

Ingredients

  • 1 small head savoy cabbage (approx. 1,2 kg)
  • 2 Onions
  • 2–3 Garlic cloves
  • 50 g dried soft apricots
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 400 g Minced beef
  • 25 g Almonds with skin
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cumin
  • 1/2 l Vegetable broth
  • 200 g Basmati Rice
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Coriander green

Directions

    Clean the cabbage, wash it, quarter it, cut out the stalk. Cut cabbage into strips. Peel onions and garlic and chop finely. Cut apricots into strips. Heat oil in a frying pan, crumble the minced meat into it and fry it thoroughly while turning.

    Add the onions and garlic and fry briefly. Add almonds, apricots and cabbage. Season with salt, pepper and cumin. Deglaze with broth, bring to the boil and simmer covered for about 10 minutes.
