Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 (approx. 40 g) small onion
  • 350 g Savoy cabbage
  • 1 1/2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 1/8 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1 (approx. 80 g, made from turkey meat and sunflower oil) Turkey bratwurst
  • 2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp flat leaf parsley

Directions

  1. 1

Peel and wash the potatoes and boil them in salted water for about 20 minutes. Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean and wash the savoy cabbage and cut out the stalk. Cut the savoy cabbage into strips.

  2. 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot and fry the onion in it. Add the savoy cabbage and fry over medium heat for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Add tomato paste, stir in and let it sweat.

  3. 3

Deglaze with broth and braise for another 8-10 minutes at low heat. In the meantime, heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry the sausage in it all around for 5-7 minutes at medium heat. Wash parsley, dab dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop finely.

  4. 4

Drain the potatoes. Sprinkle with parsley. Arrange everything on a plate. Serve garnished with parsley as desired.
