Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 small onion
  • 50 g Poultry sausages
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 20 g Long grain rice
  • 1/4 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 100 g Courgette
  • 100 g Sweet pepper
  • 1 tablespoon (30 g) frozen peas
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry

Directions

    Peel and chop the onion. Cut the sausage into slices and fry in hot oil. Steam onion and rice briefly. Pour in broth, simmer for about 10 minutes

    Clean, wash and chop the zucchini and peppers. Add to the stock with the peas. Cook everything else for about 10 minutes and season
