Spaghetti with peas, mushrooms and ham sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 80 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 1 small onion
  • 80 g frozen peas
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 1/8 l Vegetable broth
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sauce thickener
  • 1 TABLESPOON clotted cream
  • 30 g cooked ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp flat parsley and basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON grated parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Peel and finely chop the onion. Fry in hot oil. Add the mushrooms and fry. Add peas as well. Add stock and bring to the boil. Stir in sauce thickener. Stir in sour cream, do not let it boil anymore. Cut ham into small cubes. Wash herbs, dab dry and chop except for a few leaves for garnishing. Add ham and herbs to the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta. Arrange on a plate with the sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and garnish with herbs
