Steak with curry-peach sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 2-3 Potatoes (200 g)
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 1-2 Spring onions
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 peach halves + 3 tablespoons juice (tin)
  • 100 g Rump steak
  • 7-10 Tbsp curry, salt, pepper

Directions

    Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Heat 1/2 tsp. oil in a coated pan. Fry the potato slices for 15-20 minutes, turning them over

    Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings. Wash the tomato. Dice tomato and peaches. Dab steak dry

    Heat 1/2 tsp. oil in a pot. Sauté spring onions in it. Sprinkle with curry and sauté. Add tomato, peaches and juice. Simmer covered at medium heat for about 10 minutes

    Salt the potatoes and move them to the edge of the pan. Fry the steak for 2-3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Season to taste curry-peach sauce. Arrange everything
