Ingredients

  • 250 g White cabbage
  • 50 g Carrot
  • 50 g Apricots + 2 tablespoons apricot juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp (glass; with sweetener)
  • 4 tablespoons (100 g) Lean yoghurt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Fruit vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, curry
  • 50 g low-calorie sausage
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp chopped parsley

Directions

    Clean, wash and slice the vegetables. Dice the apricots. Mix everything with yoghurt, vinegar and juice. Season to taste with salt and curry

    Lightly fry sausage in slices or cubes in hot oil. Add warm or cold to the raw vegetables with parsley
