Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken leg (150 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Oil
  • 30 g Long grain rice
  • 100 g red pepper and spring onions (cleaned)
  • 1/2 peeled clove of garlic
  • 50 g Bean sprouts
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp some Samba Oelek

Directions

    Season the drumstick. Fry in hot oil all around for about 25 minutes

    Put the rice in about 100 ml of boiling salted water. Let it swell for about 20 minutes

    Cut the bell peppers into strips and the spring onions into small pieces. Chop garlic finely

    Keep the leg warm. Fry vegetables in the frying fat for 2-3 minutes. Fry sprouts and rice briefly. Season with soy sauce and Sambal Oelek. Arrange everything together

    If you have any bean sprouts left,

    you can use 50 g of it in the raw vegetables instead of 100 g kohlrabi
