Preheat the oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: level 3). Cut the smoked pork loin into strips. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Grate cheese roughly.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sauté the sausage and peppers in it for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and rose paprika. Put everything in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle cheese over it and bake in a hot oven for 5-10 minutes.
3⁄4 Bring l water and 1 teaspoon salt to the boil, remove from the stove. Add fat and milk. Stir in puree flakes, let it stand for about 1 minute. Wash the chives, cut into small rolls and stir into the puree.
Serve with the shredded meat.
