Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Peel onion and cut into cubes. Slice the sausage. Heat oil, fry sausage at medium heat for about 10 minutes.
After 4 minutes add onion and paprika. Add the tomatoes and chop coarsely with a spatula. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Wash the marjoram, shake dry and, except for something to garnish, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop.
Season the ragout with salt, pepper and marjoram. Arrange in the pan. Garnish with marjoram. Bread tastes good with it.
