Ingredients

  • 1 Head (approximately 500 g) Savoy cabbage
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml, 255 g) Kidney Beans
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) peeled tomatoes
  • 50 g Bacon
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Tomato-Chili-Sauce (from the bottle)
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley

Directions

    Quarter the savoy cabbage and remove the hard stalk. Clean, wash and cut the cabbage quarters into strips. Put beans on a sieve, rinse with cold water and drain. Peel onions and cut them into narrow slices.

    Chop the tomatoes in the tin. Cut the bacon slices in half and leave them in a pan until crispy. Remove and put aside. Heat the oil in the frying pan. Sauté the onions until translucent. Add savoy cabbage and braise for about 5 minutes while stirring.

    Season with salt and pepper and remove. Fry the minced meat in the frying fat until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Stir in tomatoes and chilli sauce. Add savoy cabbage and beans and let everything braise for about 10 minutes.

    Season the mincing pan to taste again. Wash and chop the parsley and sprinkle over it. Serve with the bacon slices.
