Ingredients

  • 200 g Long grain rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 375 g Broccoli
  • 300 g Bockwurst
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Vegetable corn
  • 2 packages Delicious tomato sauce
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tomato wedges

Directions

    Cook the rice in 400 ml boiling salted water for about 20 minutes at medium heat. Wash and chop the parsley and mix into the rice. In the meantime clean and wash broccoli, divide into small florets and cook in 400 ml boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Cut the sausage into slices. Rinse and drain the corn.

    Stir the sauce powder into the broccoli cooking water, cook for another 1 minute. Heat the sausage slices, corn and cream in it. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange rice and ragout on plates. Garnish with tomato wedges if desired.
