Clean and wash the spring onion and cut into fine rings. Clean, wash and finely dice the tomato. Stir the spring onion and diced tomatoes into the tomato-chilli sauce. Cut the chicken meat into pieces. Put taco chips into 2 small casseroles.
Spread some sauce and chicken meat on top. Grate the cheese finely and sprinkle over the tacos. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) until the cheese has melted. Serve immediately
