Fried rice with egg and turkey strips

Ingredients

  • 300 g Basmati rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 Leek sticks (leek)
  • 3 Carrots
  • 400 g turkey breast, 2 tablespoons oil
  • 6 Eggs
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Sambal Oelek

Directions

    Cook the rice in a good 600 ml of boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime clean or peel and wash the vegetables. Cut ##leek## into thin rings. Cut ##carrots## lengthwise in half and cut into thin slices.

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips.

    ##Pour off rice## and rinse with cold water. Drain well.

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the meat in it over a high heat for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove. Fry vegetables in the frying fat while turning for 3-4 minutes. Add rice and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.

    Put the turkey strips in the pan. Whisk eggs and soy sauce and mix into the fried rice. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the egg has set. Season to taste with salt and Sambal Oelek.
