Clean, wash and chop the spring onions. Remove the sausage from the skin and cut into thin slices
Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the sausage in it while turning, remove. Sauté spring onions in the frying fat. Dust with flour and sauté briefly. Deglaze with milk and 1/4 l water, bring to the boil. Stir in broth, mustard and sour cream, season to taste. Add sausage, simmer everything 1-2 minutes
Wash and chop the parsley and sprinkle over it. Serve with farmhouse bread and radishes or mashed potatoes
