Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash the herbs and chop finely, except for something to garnish. Knead minced meat, melting flakes, eggs, onions, garlic and half of the herbs.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Drain the olives and mix them into the dough, except for 6 pieces. Form the minced dough into a loaf and place it on the fat pan of the oven. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 1 hour.
In the meantime, clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Peel and slice the onions. Heat the fat. Fry peppers and onion slices for 10 minutes. Add remaining herbs and season with salt and pepper.
Arrange the meat and vegetables on a plate. Serve garnished with olive slices and herb bouquets.
