Chicken slices with noodles

Ingredients

  • 600 g Chicken filet
  • 1 Onion
  • 750 g Broccoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 400 g Penne noodles
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Tomatoes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and dice. Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean and wash broccoli and cut into florets. Cover broccoli and cook in little boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions.

    In the meantime, place canned tomatoes in a deep plate. Chop the tomatoes slightly. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meat for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Remove and season with salt and pepper. Add the onion to the cooking fat and fry until transparent. Deglaze with tomatoes in the juice and whipped cream. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
