Peel, wash and quarter the potatoes. Cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, cut the sausages into slices. Heat oil in a pot. Brown the sausages briefly in it.
Add 400 ml water. Stir in the contents of the bag. Boil up while stirring. Heat the sauerkraut in it. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Meanwhile clean and wash spring onion and cut into thin rings.
Season goulash with salt and pepper. Fold in potatoes. Serve sprinkled with spring onions.
