Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 300 g fresh or 2 slices of pineapple (tin)
  • 2 spring onions or 1 small stick of leek
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salt
  • 250 g Sauerkraut
  • 50 g Turkey breast cold cuts
  • 1 disc (50 g) Wholemeal bread

Directions

    Peel the pineapple, cut off the stalk. Cut the pineapple into thin slices. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings

    Stir yoghurt until smooth and season to taste with pepper, sugar and salt

    Mix sauerkraut, pineapple and spring onions. Serve with turkey breast and yoghurt sauce. Add the bread
