Drain the beans and mozzarella. Dice mozzarella. Peel onions and cut into rings. Wash the cucumber, quarter it lengthwise and cut into pieces. Mix bean seeds, mozzarella and cucumber.
Mix vinegar, salt and pepper. Whip the oil under it and pour it over the salad ingredients. Leave to stand for 5-10 minutes. In the meantime clean, wash and drain the romaine lettuce and cut into strips.
Mix into the salad together with the salami slices. Serve with Italian baguette.
