Sauerkraut salad with peppers and pineapple

  • 1 red pepper
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 1 can(s) (580 ml) Sauerkraut
  • 1 can(s) (446 ml) Pineapple
  • 1 TABLESPOON Rapeseed oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Sugar

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into short strips. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop. Squeeze the sauerkraut

    Drain the pineapple and collect the juice. Cut the pineapple into pieces. Mix sauerkraut, pineapple pieces and juice, paprika, parsley and oil. Season to taste with pepper and sugar and serve
