Ingredients

  • 1 green apple, e.g. Granny Smith
  • 12 Chive straws
  • 1 jar (425 g) "sauerkraut
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Schmand
  • 1 TEASPOON Horseradish
  • 1 knife tip Curry Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 8 discs (approx. 280 g) Smoked salmon

Directions

    Wash the apple, remove the core and cut into cubes. Wash chives, shake dry and cut 4 stalks into fine rolls. Set aside 1 tsp. chives rolls and 1 tbsp. apple cubes

    Mix sauerkraut with apple, chive rolls, sour cream, horseradish and curry and season to taste with salt, pepper and a little sugar. Spread the sauerkraut over the salmon slices and roll them up. Tie together with one stalk of chives each

    Refrigerate the rolls until ready to eat. Arrange on plates, garnish with apple and chives
