Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) (125 g) Oil sardines
  • 125 g Fresh cream
  • 30 g green and black pitted olives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley and lemon wedge

Directions

    Drain the sardines. Puree with crème fraîche

    Chop the olives and stir into the cream, except for 1 tbsp. Season to taste with sweet paprika, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Garnish with the rest of the olives, parsley and lemon wedge
