Salmon with gnocchi in lemon sauce

Ingredients

  • 600 g Salmon fillet
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 125 g Whipped cream
  • 50 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 package (400 g) fresh gnocchi (cooling shelf)
  • 6 Stem(s) Mint
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon wedges

    Wash the fish, dab dry and cut into 4 equal slices. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the fish for about 4 minutes on each side, remove

    For the sauce, place cream and stock in a pot, bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Prepare gnocchi in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Wash mint, shake dry.

    Pluck off leaves and chop finely, except for something to garnish. Stir the mint into the sauce. Drain gnocchi and mix with the sauce. Arrange salmon and gnocchi on plates, garnish with mint and lemon wedges
